  • 1 tbsp Vinegar

  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Flour (cake flour)

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make A Bento Space-Filler! Easy, Sweet and Sour Stir-Fried Aburaage and Carrot in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Julienne the carrot, put in a plastic bag, and coat with the flour. Cut the aburaage into thin strips.

  • Dry roast the aburaage in a frying pan over medium heat. Remove from the pan when they are browned and become crispy.
