  • 1/4 Cabbage

  • 700 ml Water
  • 2 Chicken soup stock granules
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 1 Salt, black pepper (coarsely ground)
  • 1 dash amount for the color Radish sprouts, parsley

    Step 1
  • Cut daikon radish, carrots and onions into 1cm dice, and the cabbage into 2cm squares. Slice the sausage in about 1 cm.
