  • 5 small onions
  • 2 pcs garlic
  • 2 green chilli
  • 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
  • pinch Hing

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Aama Vadai in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Soak channa dal in water for 2 hours
  • Step 2
  • Grind coursely with green chilli, fennel seeds, garlic and Hing Add chopped small onions
  • Step 3
  • Fry in medium flame till vadai gets well-cooked
