  • 1 tsp ●Mentsuyu (2-3x concentrate)
  • 1 Sesame oil
  • 1 Ichimi spice, sesame seeds

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Aburaage Cream Cheese Sandwich in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • As shown in the photo, slice the aburaage into 8 even squares. They should come out to roughly the same size as the portions of cream cheese.
  • Step 2
  • Heat some oil in a frying pan, then sear the aburaage. Once it's crispy, take it out of the pan. Cook the chirimen jako in sesame oil until crisp.
  • Step 3
  • Mix together the ● ingredients. Add the chirimen jako from Step 2. The more onions, the more delicious it will be. At first, it will be hard to mix, the salinity of the mentsuyu will soften the ingredients.
  • Step 4
