  • 1 kg Chicken, cut into serving pieces
  • 4 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 piece onion, chopped into small pieces
  • 1-2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • 1/2 tbsp white sugar
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 3 pieces Mushrooms, sliced vertically
  • Vegetable Salad for garnishing

How to Make Adobong Chicken with Mushroom

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Adobong Chicken with Mushroom in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • In a large container, combine the soy sauce and garlic then marinade the chicken for at least 1 to 3 hours

  • Place the cooking oil in a pan and apply heat.
