  • 600 ml Water
  • 2 grams ★Kanten powder
  • 50 grams ★Sugar
  • 15 grams ★Instant coffee
  • 1 Vanilla extract
  • 1 Heavy cream

How to Make Agar Coffee Jello

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Agar Coffee Jello in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Add all ★ ingredients and 200 ml of water (It is 1/3 of water indicated) and heat.
  • Step 2
  • Bring to a boil, then turn down the heat to low. Simmer for 1 minute to dissolve the kanten and sugar completely.
  • Step 3
  • Turn off the heat. Add vanilla extract, and 400 ml of water (the remaining 2/3). Mix well.
  • Step 4
  • Pour in the containers, and chill in the fridge.
  • Step 5
  • Drizzle heavy cream on top and enjoy.
  • Step 6
  • If you are not in a hurry, try the following. Add all the ingredients in a pot, and simmer it to dissolve the kanten and sugar. Then pour in molds. Let sit for a while until cool, then chill in the fridge.
  • Step 7
  • Pour in milk, and stir. This coffee jelly drink is also delicious.
