Ingredients: Ajus

  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 3 whole carrots
  • 1 bunch of celery
  • 3 green bell peppers
  • 2 cup parsley and cilantro stems
  • 1/2 cup minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 cup red wine
  • 1 cup beef base
  • 1/2 cup lea perri
  • 4 tbsp salt

How to Make Ajus

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Ajus in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • heat olive oil add onion, celery, pepper,carrots, parsley and cilantro stemslet caramelized, dot burn it.
  • Step 2
  • once is caramelized add garlic cooked for 1 minute. add red wine. add beef base with 3 gallons of water and lea perri and salt.
  • Step 3
  • let boil about for 4 hours keeep adding water every time it lows down.
  • Step 4
  • if you want you can add a little of prime rib meat but not the fat(optional)
