  • 2 Large Idaho baking potatoes

  • 4 slice Smoked Bacon

  • 3 tbsp Sour cream
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1 tsp Dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp Lawry's seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Alehouse Twice Baked Potato in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Baked Idaho potatoes until fully cooked. About an hour + at 350°F. Then let cool completely. Potatoes can be baked a day or two in advance for this recipe.

  • Slice potatoes in half and remove the interior meat. Leave some of the potato against the skin so that it is stable and still has some structure.
  • Step 3
  • Add salt and pepper to the inside of the potatoes.
  • Step 4
  • Mix the potatoes and other ingredients together well and spoon back into the potato skins. (you can refrigerate for a day or two before baking)
  • Step 5
  • Top with a little of the reserved shredded cheese.
  • Step 6
  • Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes.
  • Step 7
  • Top with a little bacon and green onions before serving.
