  • 1 can Alfredo Sauce (Brand of Choice)
  • 1 box Fettichini Noodles (12 OZ box)
  • 2 cup Chopped Broccoli

    Step 1
  • For this quick method I choose to combine the broccoli, uncooked carrots and fettuccine noodles all together in the pot of boiling water. (I would normally steam fresh Vegtables in a separate pan and add them at the end which takes about 10 min. longer but holds in the nutrients and tastes better) Today however I just grabbed whatever was left in the house.
  • Step 2
  • Boil together about 10 Min or until noodles are al dente (not too soft)

  • Drain in Colander (strainer)

  • Return to pot and add sauce. If you want to add pre-cooked chicken you can do it now.
  • Step 5
  • Heat on low to med setting for about 5 min or until reaches desired temperature.
  • Step 6
  • Serve with Garlic bread if desired
