  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cup chopped potato's (4 small potato's)
  • 4 slice bacon (low sodium)
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced red peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced red onions
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp bacon grease
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 pinch rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp salt

How to Make All in one omelette

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 9 steps you must follow to make All in one omelette in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Start by frying your bacon and make sure to preserve 1 tsp of the bacon fat
  • Step 2
  • While your bacon is frying peel your potato's and chop them up small
  • Step 3
  • Also chop up your onions and red peppers and set aside
  • Step 4
  • In a next frying pan use the bacon grease and butter and start frying the potato's on medium heat
  • Step 5
  • When the potato's start to get crispy add the onions and peppers and the rest of the seasons except 1/2 of the parsley and fry just until the onions and peppers start to soften
  • Step 6
  • In a bowl whisk your eggs together and add the other half of the parsley to the egg mixture
  • Step 7
  • Pour the egg mixture over the potato's spreading it evenly
  • Step 8
  • Chop up your bacon in to chunks and put it on top of the egg mixture and cover and cook on low for about 10 minutes
  • Step 9
  • About 8 minutes of cooking uncover and add the shredded cheese and cover back for 2 minutes and enjoy
