  • 1/3 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cup water

  • Boil the water add spices and grits bring back to boil when water is absorbed and it thickens cover remove from heat
  • Step 2
  • Shred the cheese add recover
  • Step 3
  • Brown the sausage add onions cook till done, add to grits recover

  • Take eggs cook till done add to grits
  • Step 5
