  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 125 ml Sour cream or unsweetened yogurt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Almond essence
  • 125 ml Sliced almonds
  • 1 Oil or butter to grease cake pan

How to Make Almond & Rhubarb Cake (Gluten-Free)

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 9 steps you must follow to make Almond & Rhubarb Cake (Gluten-Free) in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease the 21-cm round cake pan with oil or butter.
  • Step 2
  • Place the sliced rhubarb, lime or lemon juice, and 3 tablespoons of sugar into a bowl. Mix it up and set aside.
