  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 raisins, cocoa powder lemon zest optional

How to Make Almond Bliss

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Almond Bliss in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Turn almonds into almond meal. Store bought can be used. I make my own. Either coffee grinder or cheese shredder can be used. I use my little Soyabella machine.
  • Step 2
  • Set aside like a tablespoon of almond meal
  • Step 3
  • Dump almond meal into a mixing bowl. Add honey. Just enough to form a dough. Mix well
  • Step 4
  • Wet your hands, form 3/4" balls.
  • Step 5
  • Roll candies in saved almond meal. Let sit in the fridge for 20 mins or eat as is.
  • Step 6
  • Any kind of nuts can be used. Do not put too much honey. Do not eat more than two at a time, they ore calorie rich.
  • Step 7
  • Optional step: These candies are perfect with just honey and nuts. Other ingredients are optional. But i believe that there is no need in trying to make something good better
