  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup flaked baking coconut
  • 3 cup oats, regular or quick cook
  • 1 cup slivered almonds, toasted (toast for approximately 10 minutes in a 350° oven)
