  • paratha
  • 2 each onion, chopped
  • 2 1/2 cup flour
  • water
  • salt
  • 2 each chopped green chillies
  • 4 boiled potatoes
  • vegetable oil
  • 5 grams red chilli powder
  • 5 tsp chili powder

How to Make Aloo paratha

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Aloo paratha in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Make a dough using water salt and flour
  • Step 2
  • Fry the onions in the oil till light brown, add green chillies and chili powder n cook till the aroma comes add potatoes removing jackets and mash them
  • Step 3
  • Make a small dough and fill it with the potato paste made above and roll it into round shape
  • Step 4
  • Take a pan heat it and add oil add the round dough with filling cook both side till well done
  • Step 5
  • Serve hot with hot sauce and mango pickle.
