  • 4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts

  • 2 cup Italian bread crumbs

  • 1 tsp Mrs dash original seasoning
  • 3 tbsp French fried onions

  • 2 Roma tomatoes
  • 1/2 White onion
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 4 tbsp Pesto
  • 1 cup Grated parmesan cheese

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 11 steps you must follow to make Amanda's Chicken in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 400? F
  • Step 2
  • Slice chicken into 1 inch strips
  • Step 3
  • Place chicken strips in bowl/plate of flour, cover fully
  • Step 4
  • Place chicken strips in egg, cover fully
  • Step 5
  • In a separate bowl, combine bread crumbs, French fried onions and spices and bread chicken
  • Step 6
  • In a 9x13 greased glass pan place breaded chicken strips
  • Step 7
  • Over the stove, saute onions and tomatoes with vegetable oil
  • Step 8
  • Sprinkle sauteed onions and tomatoes over chicken
  • Step 9
  • Sprinkle parmesan cheese to taste on top
  • Step 10
  • Cook for 30 minutes
  • Step 11
  • Take out of oven and drizzle pesto over finished chicken
