  • 1 medium red onion
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 packages loss Italian sausage

  • 8 baby Portobello mushrooms
  • 2 handfuls of baby spinach
  • 1 salt and pepper
  • 1 packages whole wheat penne
  • 3 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin

How to Make Amanda's sausage and penne

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Amanda's sausage and penne in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Add olive oil to Sautee Hanover med heat. Once hot at the red onion(slices) let sweat for a few mins then add garlic.
  • Step 2

  • You can the add spinach and let it wilt down. Add salt and pepper to taste. If you need more liquid to coat the pasta you can add more olive oil or butter (your choice) even some red sauce if you have extra in the fridge.
