  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 whole lemon
  • 1/2 Spanish onion

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Amanda's whole roasted chicken in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Step 2
  • Mix all dry ingredients together and sprinkle over chicken. I didn't measure any of the ingredients I just eyeballed everything.
  • Step 3
  • Chop garlic and mix with coconut oil and stuff under the skin of the chicken.
  • Step 4
  • Cut lemon in half. Squeeze half the lemon over the chicken and slice the other half to place on top. Slice onion thin and place on the outside of the chicken.
  • Step 5
  • Cook until golden brown and juices run clear. Enjoy!
