Ingredients: AMIEs BAKED FISH

  • 2 medium-sized bangus (milk fish)
  • 3 big tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup spring onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp calamansi or lime juice
  • 1 olive or vegetable oil


If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make AMIEs BAKED FISH in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Clean fish. Slit at the back, remove intestines and gills. Set aside.
  • Step 2
  • Chop tomatoes and green onions. Put them in a bowl. Season with salt. Add calamansi juice and strain the mixture.
  • Step 3
  • Stuff the fish with onion-tomatoe mixture. Place fish in a well-greased shallow pan pan. Bake at 180°C, uncovered, until fish is cooked.
  • Step 4
  • Bake the fish for 40 minutes. Put in a platter, garnish with tomatoe slices and spring onions. Serve with mayonaise or other desired sauce. Serve warm.
