  • 400 grams AMIEs Bolognese Ragu
  • 1 AMIEs bechamel sauce
  • 500 grams packets dried lasagne sheets
  • 1 1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan


If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make AMIEs BAKED LASAGNE in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat the oven to 220ºC. Lightly grease a deep ovenproof dish.
  • Step 2
  • Spread 4 tbsps of bechamel sauce and 4 tbsps meat sauce over the base of the prepared dish and lay lasagne sheets over the top. Spread a layer of meat sauce on top, followed by a layer of bechamel sauce. Sprinkle with a little parmesan.
  • Step 3
  • Continue the layers by repeating the same step until we have finished all the ingredients. Continue, finishing with the bechamel sauce. Sprinkle with more parmesan.
  • Step 4
  • Dot with the butter and bake for 20-30 minutes, until pasta is cooked and the top is golden-brown.
  • Step 5
  • Allow to rest for at least 10 minutes before serving. Share and enjoy!
