  • 4 medium zucchini, trimmed and thinly sliced
  • 7 medium eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 50 grams grated parmesan
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped onion herbs
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped mint
  • 1 salt and fresh ground pepper
  • 100 ml sour cream

How to Make AMIEs BAKED Zucchini

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make AMIEs BAKED Zucchini in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and saute until it becomes golden brown. Remove garlic from the saucepan. Add the zucchini and saute for 5 minutes, stirring it occassionally. Mix herbs and season with salt and pepper. Let it cool and set aside.
  • Step 2
  • Whisk whole eggs, parmesan cheese, sour cream in a medium bowl, until combined. Season with salt and pepper. Add the zucchini and stir it well to combine.
  • Step 3
  • Pour into prepared greased long 20 cm. pan and bake in moderate overv180°c in "bagnomaria" for 40 minutes. Leave the zucchini to cool completely before putting it in a serving plate.
