  • 550 grams cucumber, thinly sliced lenghtwise
  • 400 grams beef fillet, thinly sliced
  • 1 juice of half lemon
  • 1 olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 clove garlic, sliced
  • 1 balsamic vinegar
  • 1 salt and ground pepper, to taste

    Step 1
  • Trim the beef removing any fat or sinew. Cut into thin slices lengthwise. Heat the oil in a medium frying pan over low-medium heat. Add the garlic and saute until softened. Put the beef and cook for a minute. Remove the pan from the heat and let cool slightly. Season with salt and pepper.
