  • 1 packages thin egg noodles, cooked according to package direction
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup spring onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup toasted garlic
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 boiled chicken eggs
  • 1 carrot strips, for garnish
  • 2 lb boneless chicken breasts
  • 8 cup chicken broth

How to Make AMIEs CHICKEN Mami

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make AMIEs CHICKEN Mami in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Bring to a boil 6 to 8 cups water and 1 1/2 chicken cube. Mix chicken breasts, garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper. Cover and gently simmer for 30 minutes or until cooked. When cooked, slice the chicken as thin as possible.
  • Step 2
  • Arrange the cooked noodles in a large individual serving bowl with chicken, carrot strips, toasted garlic, spring onions and boiled egg. Add the chicken broth.
