  • 4 pear
  • 100 grams dark chocolate
  • 100 grams butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 80 grams sugar
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 40 grams baking flour

  • Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Lightly grease 4 ramekins with butter.
