  • 375 ml condensed milk
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 6 tbsp wafers (ground)
  • 1 finely shredded coconut flakes

  • Place the milk and egg yolks in a double boiler and cook for 3 minutes until syrupy. Add the wafers, stirring continously, until the mixture thickens enough to shape into balls.
