  • 2 clove garlic, finely chopped

  • 180 grams cherry tomatoes, cut halves
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp almonds, lightly toasted
  • 4 tbsp black olives
  • 1 finely grated zest and juice of 1 orange
  • 1 salt and ground pepper, to taste
