  • 400 grams Italian pappardelle
  • 80 grams parmesan, freshly grated, plus extra for serving
  • 60 grams best-quality unsalted butter
  • 1 salt

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make AMIEs PAPPARDELLE with BUTTER & PARMESAN in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain but do not overdrain. Pour the pasta into a heated serving bowl. Add about 4-5 tbsp of the cheese and mix well.
  • Step 2
  • Cut the butter into small pieces. Add half to the bowl. Toss thoroughly. Add the remaining cheese and butter and toss until all the cheese and butter has melted.
  • Step 3
  • Serve at once and top with more grated cheese.

  • note: we can also use tagliatelle as a substitute for pappardelle!
