  • 350 grams penne rigate
  • 1 small red onion, sliced
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 can (180 gr) tuna in olive oil, drained and flaked
  • 100 grams rocket
  • 350 grams cherry tomatoes, cut quartered
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 salt and freshly ground black pepper
