  • 350 grams spaghetti
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 15 tbsp chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 salt, to taste
  • 1 dried chilly, seeded and crumbled (optional)

    Step 1
  • Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until it is al dente.
