  • 1 2oz. can of diced jalapeños or 2 large fresh
  • 10 roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 red pepper, chopped
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic or 2 garlic cloves

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Amy's Fresh Salsa in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • This is a medium to hot spicy food. If unable to take heat then cut jalapeños portion to half.
  • Step 2
  • I just use a food processor for everything. Just make sure you chop the big items small enough that processor will chop it well. If no food processor, then everything need to be diced.
  • Step 3
  • In a medium sized bowl, mix all items together.
  • Step 4
  • After thoroughly mixed, place in refrigerator to marinate.
  • Step 5
  • Serve with tortilla chips or on top of tacos.
