  • 1 1/4 cup Green and red bell peppers
  • 1 1/4 cup Celery
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 1/4 tsp Basil
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 1/2 tsp Garlic
  • toppings
  • 1 1/2 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 1 1/2 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 1/4 Tomato, onion, pepper, capers, mushroom, pineapple, meat, etc
  • optional
  • 1 1/2 can Marinara or Alfredo

How to Make Amy's Gourmet Neapolitan Pizza

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 9 steps you must follow to make Amy's Gourmet Neapolitan Pizza in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • In a large bowl, add warm water and yeast. Let fit for 1-2 minutes.
  • Step 2
  • Add salt and sugar.
  • Step 3
  • Slowly add flour in 1/2 cup increments. At some point you will begin needing the dough. You may not need all if the flour. Make sure it's not too tough. Do not over work.

  • Step 8
  • Spread sauce evenly and top with toppings. Make sure you layer the toppings that will over dry under cheese.
  • Step 9
  • Bake at 375' for 20-30 minutes or until crust is golden brown and crisp.
