  • 1 kg tomatoes
  • 200 grams stale bread
  • 250 ml olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 salt
  • 1 vinegar
  • 1 egg

  • Boil the egg until it's hard then cut it into pieces
  • Step 2
  • Cut the bread into small pieces
  • Step 3
  • Boil the tomatoes in order to peel them easily

  • Add oil, vinaigre, garlic and salt
  • Step 6
  • Mix until it results an homogeneous cream. (Add water if it's too thick)
