Ingredients: Andouille Pasta

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 andouille sausage
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 12 oz penne pasta
  • 3 cup chicken stock
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

How to Make Andouille Pasta

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Andouille Pasta in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut Andouille sausage into bite size slices.
  • Step 2
  • Heat olive oil to a large soup pot. Add sausage, garlic, and onion to oil and saute until just brown.
  • Step 3
  • Add pasta, diced tomatoes, chicken stock, milk, parsley, salt and pepper to the pot and stir. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and continue to simmer until pasta is cooked.
  • Step 4
  • Once pasta is cooked add cream and stir. Let stand for several minutes to allow sauce to thicken.
