  • 6 slices of cooked crispy bacon crumbled (you can also chop the bacon up raw and cook it that way as well)
  • 6 green onions chopped
  • 2 oz. Cheddar cheese
  • 2 oz. shredded parmesan
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cup Bisquick
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 2 tbsp boiling water
  • 1 1/2 cup half and half
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (add another 1/4 teaspoon if you like it spicy)
  • 1/2 tsp salt

How to Make Angie's Bacon & Cheese Quiche

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Angie's Bacon & Cheese Quiche in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Heat oven to 350°
  • Step 2
  • Grease bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie plate.
  • Step 3
  • Stir your Bisquick and butter until blended. Add your 2 tablespoons of boiling water, stir vigorously until doughy ball forms. Press dough onto bottom and up sides of pie plate.
  • Step 4
  • Sprinkle bacon, onion and cheeses onto the bottom of the crust. In a medium bowl whisk eggs, half&half, salt and cayenne pepper until blended. Pour into crust.
  • Step 5
  • Bake 30-40 minutes until edge is golden brown and center is set.
