  • 4 large chicken legs with thighs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 5 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Angry Orchard Hard Cider
  • salt

  • Combine butter and olive oil in a large pot on high heat. Be careful not to burn the butter.
