Ingredients: Antipasto Salad

  • 1 box Tri color noodles
  • 3 Roma tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper and red pepper chopped
  • 1/2 block Colby jack cheese chopped in cubes
  • Handful sliced black olives
  • 4 oz chopped salami and pepperoni
  • Greek dressing (also can sub with-oil and vinegar or Italian dressing)

How to Make Antipasto Salad

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Antipasto Salad in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Boil noodles according to box
  • Step 2
  • When done drain from water and return noodles to pot and add everything and mix..(I use half of Greek dressing but up to your taste buds)
  • Step 3
  • Add salt pepper and garlic and mix throughly and fridge at least 2 hrs .. I make night ahead or first thing in morning
