  • Filling:
  • 2 Apple (small)
  • 150 ml Mulberries
  • 6 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Flour (cake flour)
  • Topping Dough:
  • 100 grams Flour (cake flour)
  • 2 tbsp Oatmeal
  • 1 tbsp Wheat bran
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Milk

How to Make Apple & Mulberry Cobbler

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Apple & Mulberry Cobbler in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Chop the apple into thin pieces. Place the apple, mulberries, and sugar in a heat-resistant container. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 8 minutes.
  • Step 2
  • While the filling is cooking, make the topping.
  • Step 3
  • Add the flour, oatmeal, wheat bran, sugar, and cinnamon to a bowl and mix. Pour in the vegetable oil and stir. Add the egg and milk and stir some more.
  • Step 4
  • Remove the filling from the microwave and stir in 1 tablespoon of flour and mix. Add another 1/2 tablespoon of flour and mix.
  • Step 5
  • Top the filling with spoonfuls of the topping batter. Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C for 15 minutes and it's done.
  • Step 6
  • Serve with ice cream while still piping hot.
