  • 150 grams Apple
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice

How to Make Apple & Sake Lees Cake

    Step 1
  • Add the sake lees, okara, maple syrup, and water to a bowl. Let it sit for a while, then mix well.
  • Step 2
  • Use a hand-mixer, etc. to smoothen the sake lees until no longer lumpy. Mix well. Once mixed, add the vegetable oil.
  • Step 3
  • Combine and sift the cake flour and salt. Add to the bowl and use a rubber spatula to mix well.

  • Pour the batter into the square baking pan or other baking pan and bake in the oven at 180℃ for 50 minutes.
