  • 1 3/4 quart apple juice

    Step 1
  • preheat oven to 450°F Fahrenheit heat apple juice add cinnamon ,sugar, salt, chocolate let boil 7 minutes add apples
  • Step 2
  • add cornstarch and half cup of apple juice together mix well add half of solution to apples
  • Step 3
  • cook 7 minutes add other half of solution
  • Step 4
  • let cool 7 more minutes let sit off heat 5 minutes
  • Step 5
  • on a plate spray nonstick so disco won't stick spray baking pan also
  • Step 6
  • add half teaspoon of brown sugar add apples to disco
  • Step 7
  • fold and crimp with fork poke 3 holes in top so steam can escape
  • Step 8
  • sprinkle top with Demerara sugar I sprayed top with nonstick spray so it would stick
  • Step 9
  • bake 15 minutes
