  • 1/2 or more Apple
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 50 grams Margarine (butter, or cake margarine)
  • 50 grams Sugar
  • 1 medium Egg
  • 50 ml Milk
  • 100 grams ☆ Cake flour
  • 1 tsp ☆ Baking powder

How to Make Apple and Cinnamon Muffins

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Apple and Cinnamon Muffins in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Slice the apple into wedges, place in a heatproof dish, then microwave for about 2 minutes at 600 W without wrapping in plastic wrap. Stir in the salt and cinnamon.
  • Step 2
  • Microwave the margarine for 20 seconds at 600 W to soften, stir in the sugar, mix in the egg until smooth, then add the milk and mix again.
  • Step 3
  • Combine the sifted ☆ ingredients and add to the wet ingredients from Step 2, folding gently with a spatula. Once mixed, add the apples from Step 1, then stir until smooth.
  • Step 4
  • Fill the muffin tray with muffin cases or cups, pour in the batter evenly, then bake for 23 to 25 minutes in an oven preheated to 180℃.
  • Step 5
  • This is how they turned out after baking for 23 minutes. It might be better to continue baking them for the full 25 minutes.
  • Step 6
  • They're really moist and delicious.
