  • 3 Cortland apples (peeled, cored and thinly sliced)
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 Custard (store bought or homemade)
  • Crumbs
  • 3 cup flour
  • 1/2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar

How to Make Apple Blueberry Custard Pie Crumble

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Apple Blueberry Custard Pie Crumble in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • For the dough: Knead ingredients quickly to form a soft dough. (Do not overwork dough) Press into bottom of a 9x13 pan.
  • Step 2
  • For the filling: Spread a thin layer of custard ontop of dough.
  • Step 3
  • Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over sliced apples.
  • Step 4
  • Layer apples over custard. Spoon dollops of blueberry pie filling ontop of apples, spreading it as evenly as possible.
  • Step 5
  • For the Crumbs: Combine all ingredients by hand until crumbs form. Sprinkle ontop of blueberry pie filling.
  • Step 6
  • Bake pie for 45 minutes to an hour or until golden.
  • Step 7
  • You will have extra crumbs- use it in a 9" round or muffin tins to spread the bottom of the pan. Then fill with remaining sliced apples and blueberry filling and top with additional crumbs. Bake 30-35 minutes.
