  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 eggs (beaten)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • Preheat oven at 180°C Celsius.
  • Step 2
  • Core and skin apples. Thinly slice apples.
  • Step 3
  • Heat pan. Melt butter.

  • Put in apples and raisins. Cook until apples are soft.

  • Strain butter onto baking dish to grease it.

  • Bake for 45 minutes until golden brown.
