  • 2 eggs
  • 3 scoops protein powder
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 3 packs stevia
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Apple Cinnamon Protein Muffins in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Core and grate the apples in a large bowl.
  • Step 2
  • Mix in flax meal and cold water.
  • Step 3
  • Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C

  • Add eggs and stir until combined with apples and flax meal.

  • add yogurt to the bowl and stir.
