  • 1 tbs. Lemon juice
  • 1 cup Brown sugar (packed).
  • 1 cup regular Oats
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg (optional)
  • 1 stick Butter (room temp.)

How to Make Apple Crisp

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Apple Crisp in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Mix lemon juice in bowl of water. Add apple chunks as you peel and chop. Drain. Place in 9" square pan.
  • Step 2
  • Add rest of ingredients in separate bowl and use pastry cutter to mix into crumbles.
  • Step 3
  • Sprinkle topping on apples.
  • Step 4
  • Bake 375° about 40 mins.
  • Step 5
  • Serve at room temp.
