  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 75 grams butter
  • 1/2 tsp mixed spice or cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp golden syrup
  • 2 tbsp demerara sugar (optional)

How to Make Apple Crumble

    Step 1
  • Pre-heat oven too 190°C conventional or 170°C fan-forced.
  • Step 2
  • Mix all dry ingredients together and then rub in butter until mixture becomes crumbly.

  • Step 4
  • Drizzle with golden syrup.
  • Step 5
  • Spread the crumble mixture over the top of the apples.
