  • 3 cups large dice fresh Apples
  • 1 lrg. bowl Water with 1 tbs Lemon juice added.
  • 1/4 cup packed Brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup Flour
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/3 cup melted Butter

How to Make Apple Kandycake

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Apple Kandycake in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut apples and keep in lemon water until all are chopped. Drain.
  • Step 2
  • Mix apples and brown sugar in 9" pan sprayed with Pam
  • Step 3
  • Mix dry ingredients in med. bowl.
  • Step 4
  • Add egg and mix well. Mixture will be pasty.
  • Step 5
  • Spread mixture on apples with fingers, leaving some open spots.
  • Step 6
  • Pour butter over top.
  • Step 7
  • BAKE IN 375° oven for 45 mins. until well browned.
  • Step 8
  • Serve warm or ala mode.
