  • In low heat With melted butter layer thinly slice apple and let it carmelized both side
  • Step 2
  • Add cinammon powder and sugar and let it carmelized the apple both side

  • Add water and salt unto Beaten egg then pour onto the apple
  • Step 4
  • Add grated cheese and let egg set then turn and flip into half
  • Step 5
  • Serve top additional dash of cinnamon and extra slice of apple
