  • 1 can of apple filling (or use fresh peeled and cut up if you have any )
  • 1/2 packages vanilla instant pudding
  • 1/3 cup milk or cream
  • dash apple pie spice
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 box iced oatmeal cookies
  • 1/2 stick butter or margarine

How to Make Apple Thingy

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Apple Thingy in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Heat oven to 400°F
  • Step 2
  • Put butter in baking pan and put in the oven
  • Step 3
  • Crush up oatmeal cookies finely
  • Step 4
  • Mix apples, apple pie spice, sugar, pudding mix, milk in a bowl and completely cover apples. Set aside.
  • Step 5
  • Take pan with melted butter out and put in crushed cookie. Spread 1/2 of cookies over the pan. This is your crust
  • Step 6
  • Pour mixture into pan and spread evenly. Top off with rest of cookies.
  • Step 7
  • Bake for 20 minutes
