  • 600 gr white rice
  • 300 gr chicken breast fillets, diced
  • 90 gr red paprika/morrĂ³n, diced small
  • 100 gr onions, sliced lengthwise
  • 2 tsp ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 leek, thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 2 tsp salty soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Vitsin to taste (optional)
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Oil for frying
  • OMELET:
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp evaporated milk
  • COMPLEMENTARY
  • 4 shallots, thinly sliced and fried
  • 2 tbsp celery, chopped
  • 120 gr fried peas

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make ARROZ CHAUFA De POLLO -- Peruvian Chicken Fried Rice in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Beat the eggs with milk and a little salt (1 egg + 1 tbsp milk), fry it and then roll. Remove and cut into pieces.

  • Saute onion and ginger until fragrant, put in chicken pieces. Cook until chicken changes color.

  • Add rice, red paprika and leek. Mix well.
  • Step 4
  • Add soy sauce, vitsin, salt and pepper. Stir again, add sesame oil shortly before turning off the flame.
  • Step 5
