  • 4 Artichoke hearts and stems, steamed, rough chopped
  • 12 oz frozen chopped spinach
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lite soy sauce
  • 1/8 tsp ground cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 tsp ground sweet paprika
  • 1/2 cup shredded italian mix cheese : mozzarella, asiago, parmesan, fontina, romano
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 nonstick spray

How to Make Artichoke spinach dip

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Artichoke spinach dip in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Heat frozen spinach in the microwave just till thawed. Squeeze water out. Spray a 8x6x2 baking dish with nonstick spray. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Step 2
  • Mix Cream cheese, mayonnaise, lite soy sauce, cayenne pepper, paprika, cheese mix, onion powder, dried basil, garlic powder.
  • Step 3
  • Mix in artichoke and spinach. Place in baking dish. Bake 45 minutes, until bubbly and lightly browned. Serve with toast points, crackers, chips, etc.
